Internet Explorer 11 is suitable for business use

Microsoft released a Developer Preview version of IE 11 for Windows 7 on July 26. There are some new features for the IE11, which is suitable for business use.

A browser renders and display website for us. Since IE 8, Microsoft has been adding the browser’s capabilities to meet the needs of the users. It makes sense to have a browser which can display rich contents and interactivity.

The Developer Preview version of IE 11 for Windows 7 is similar with the version for Windows 8.1. Microsoft has adjusted the function to fit the new website standards, and gives the surfers a whole new web world experience. The IE11 has a 50% faster execution speed of JavaScript than the Chrome, and adds supports for HTML 5, which is the new web standard. IE11 also supports web 3D acceleration, which we call WebGL, delivering more smooth 3D displays. Microsoft explains some features of IE 11: “IE11 is the first browser to decode JPEG pictures in real-time by the GPU, so pages load without delay and occupy less memory. IE11 is also the first one to render text on the GPU.”

More and more office workers used to do office work on the Web. Many people do use a browser as the most used app on the Web. So it’s important to choose the right browser as a good office companion.
