Will history repeat itself when Apple loses Steve Jobs?

Oracle’s CEO Larry Ellison is a friend as well as an alumni of Apple’s former CEO Steve Jobs. He talked in a CBS interview about his view of what future Apple will face with when Steve Jobs is not there.

In the interview, he said, for Apple without Steve Jobs we already know what will happen. We can refer to the history of ever happened. We have seen the Apple without Steve Jobs, and we have also seen the Apple under the leadership of Steve Jobs. And now, perhaps history will repeat itself.

Ellison said that in 1985, when Steve Jobs left Apple, the Apple’s board’s decision sank the company into difficult struggling. But when Steve Jobs returned to Apple, he brought iPod, iPhone, iPad and other products to the market. It’s him who made Apple to become one of the world’s largest companies.

Although Steve Jobs gathered the industry elite in Apple’s senior team, such as Tim Cook, Jonathan, Eddie and so on. Ellison still thought history will repeat again.
